Rodney El Haddad

In “ Bosta the autobus (Bosta)

(2005) ”, Rodney El Haddad makes his first appearance in a long

film, after a rich career in theatre, the year as an actor,

director and screenwriter. Graduated from the faculty of dramatic Arts

the Lebanese University in 2000, he played in several plays, including “ Charbel ” Raymond Gébara.

His performance in the short film “ music on the moon ”

he was awarded the Qamar d'or for the Best Male Interpretation in

2000. He has written several screenplays as well as two pieces that he

also carried out. He has just completed his first collection of poems.

Of lebanese origin, Rodney El-Haddad is an actor and writer for the

the theatre and the cinema. It has exercised for the first time his talents

writing as a co-writer on Caramel (2007) , Nadine Labaki. Then began as an actor on feature films, Bosta the autobus (Bosta) (2005) and Beirut, open city . Rodney is currently writing a new feature film with Nadine Labaki, and will be in the credits of the next film from Danielle Arbid, hotel Rooms .
