Very accomplice with Eddie Barclay, Raoul Sampagnaro was the director of a cabaret, le Bilboquet. In July 1968, they had come Rhoda Scott, the organist, barefoot, met in New York. On October 3, 1969, Raoul Sampagnaro had married in the american Church of Paris. They had two children : Virgil and Eugenia. Raoul Sampagnaro was awarded the grand prize for song of the humor of the Académie Charles-Cros.
