Paul Arcand né en le 12 mai 1960 à Saint-Hyacinthe en Montérégie au Québec est un journaliste, animateur de radio et de télévision et réalisateur et acteur québécois (Canada). Il est l'animateur vedette du matin pour 98,5 fm depuis 2004 après de nombreuses années passées à l'antenne de CKAC. Son émission matinale quotidienne s'intitule "Puisqu’il faut se lever".
