Mogens Wieth

Trained at The royal Danish theatre. Theatre elevskole 1937-39, where he was employed until 1950. Then he sought the challenges of the copenhagen privatteatre and abroad, apart from a single season, 1954-55, where he returned to The royal.

He died in London, in which he stood towards his career maybe the biggest challenge - the title role in Shakespeare's "Merchant of Venice" at the Old Vic.
