Line Kruse, (born 3. august 1975) is a Danish skuespillerinde, uddannet at Skuespillerskolen at Aarhus Theatre 2000. She got a his debut as a 12-year-old with the lead role in the movie the Shadow af Emma (1988), where she is in the kvindelige role udviser an astonishing natural talent that the initiativrige pige from a kærlighedsløst overklassehjem. Since then, she has starred in a long række danske film. She was particularly kendt for the role of the main series Stine in "Circular series". Hendes teaterkarriere is foregået on the Danish scenes: mungo's Park, Café Theatre and The Royal Theatre. Line Kruse was 2008 married with manuskriptforfatter Anders Thomas Jensen.
