Leo was born and raised in São Paulo, Brazil. He is a Brazilian-Portuguese filmmaker based in Los Angeles, California. He has created a diverse body of work, including narratives, an episodic documentary series, music videos, and recently experimental and documentary films on landscapes as a support for social and personal subjects. His films have been played at the Brooklyn Film Festival and Austin Arthouse Film Festival. He is currently pursuing his BFA at California Institute of the Arts.
