Jacques Fabbri

Formed after the Release to the school of the cabarets of the Left Bank, he joined in 1947 at the school of the Vieux Colombier. He remained there two years, for teachers, Henri Rollan, Michel Vitold, Tania f. balashova and it comes out in winning the annual award in John III of Sacha Guitry. His true debut as an actor, but he does it in Lucienne and the butcher by Marcel Aymé. He began in film in The Gods of the Sunday of René for further editorial information. In 1953, he founded his own troupe, which won the contest for Young Companies. In 1963 and 1964, he directed laComédie of Provence in Aix-en-Provence with Philippe Tiry, the administrator of his company. In 1965, he staged The Dream of a summer night at the Comédie-Française and embarked in the same time in the realization of his first film The Foot in the plaster. Jacques Fabbri has played in many theater plays and many movies. He made himself known to the television in the TV series Schulmeister, a spy of the emperor. He was also a great supporter of jazz, especially traditional. He has been married to actress Claudine Collas. Jacques Fabbri is buried in the cemetery Montmartre.
