Deborah Richter was born September 7, 1964 and began working in TV and film as a young teen. She first became known for multiple TV series guest roles and Teen genre movies. She played Daryl Ann on Hill Street Blues from 1982-87 and was a series regular in the NBC sit com "All Is Forgiven". She therefore starred in "Square Dance" with Winona Ryder and Rob Lowe, in "Cyborg" with Jean Claude Van Damme in 1990. She is also known for producing and starring in a web series for bathroom Possum Productions.
