Christian Benedetti
Director and actor, Christian Benedetti monte, a dozen shows, before setting up in 1997, the Théâtre-Studio Alfortville, a place of research where many contemporary writers are to be associated, among others, Edward Bond, Biljana Srbljanovic, Christophe Fiat, Mark Ravenhill, Gianina Carbunariu... Christian Benedetti showcases more than thirty pieces. From 2003 to 2005, he climbs The children of Bond in prisons for minors in Rounamie, and then at the prison of Fresnes. In 2011, he directed the staging of The Seagull by Chekhov at the Théâtre-Studio, and then a full of the work of Tchekov then taken on tour. At the theatre, Christian Benedetti plays notably under the direction of Marcel Maréchal, Jean-Pierre Bisson, director Marcel Bluwal, Antoine Vitez, Otomar Krejca, Aurélien Recoing, Sylvain Creuzevault. He also played in many tv movies and series. At the cinema, it was directed by, among others, Catherine Barma, Michel Deville, Robert Hossein, Coline Serreau. In 2005, he played the father of Daniel Auteuil in Caché by Michael Haneke.
