Antoine du Merle was born on 4 march 1988, in the 14th arrondissement of Paris. He began as an actor at the age of 5 years old in the movie When I was five years old I've killed. He interprets in the same year the son of Emmanuelle Beart in the movie by Régis Wargnier, A French woman. It then passes the casting of the film Strangers, The Three Brothers in which he is chosen among 3,000 children to embody the role of little Michael, a child gouailleur and streetwise. The film is a success, and Antoine then connects the roles in various productions. In 1999, he found Bernard Campan and Didier Bourdon in the movie Alien.
