Alex Agnew (Antwerp, belgium 1972) is a Belgian stand-upcomedian. Agnew was known for when he came in February of 2003, the first Belgian in the history of the Leids Cabaret Festival and won the Jury and Audience award). After a long period of have to have, extensively, in a typical line-up of comedycollectief and comedypodia in 2006, his first full-length solo show at the premiere, with the title KA-BOOM! KA-BOOM! it ran the entire season in 2005-2006, and in 2007, was broadcast on the Flemish television channel Canvas.
In 2007, Agnew and his second Show Morimos Solamente. In the same year, he had also coached Xander De Rycke for the program to stand-up Comedy Casino Cup as the Flemish tv channel Canvas. De won in the final round.
In 2009, the third-show-More Human Than Human, released. The show has toured to more than 250 by the sold out theatre.
In 2011 Alex Agnew is a 10-year stage. In order to celebrate this konidgt he was a one-off, best-of-show at the Antwerp Sportpaleis in antwerp. There will eventually be five. In this show, look he even once in its first 10 years. Alex Agnew - Larger Than Life, in sports palace of Antwerp, 25th, 26th and 28th of February and the 4th & 5th march 2011. 63107, people went down for 5 days leading up to this show to make it a success.
