Kalarrites (a place where the waters flow seamlessly), a mountainous area on the peaks of the Pindos trail, remained proud and prosperous during the years of the Ottoman occupation. The few remaining residents still practice professions that will soon extinct, lacking any prospect of succession; they speak to the camera and take us on a journey through the history of the place.
